What We Collect and Why
Contact Form
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Leadership Profile Survey
When you complete the survey, we collect your survey responses and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. We use this to:
- Send you a follow-up note based on your profile (only if you provide your email)
- Understand aggregate patterns across respondents (no individual identifying information is retained in any analysis)
You can complete the survey without providing your email address.
Website Visits
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels. We do not collect IP addresses, device information, or browsing behavior.
How We Store and Process Your Data
Form submissions are processed through Netlify (netlify.com), which stores responses on our behalf. Netlify is GDPR-compliant and does not sell your data. Review Netlify’s privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
If you respond to a follow-up email, that correspondence is stored in our email system (Google Workspace).
We do not use CRM software. Inquiry information is reviewed manually and not added to any automated system without your knowledge.
What We Don’t Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list without your explicit consent.
- We do not use your information for advertising or retargeting.
Substack
If you click through to our Substack publication at beyondoneadvisory.substack.com, Substack’s own privacy policy applies to any information you share there. We do not receive your data from Substack unless you choose to contact us directly.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form inquiries: Retained as long as the business relationship is active, or until you request deletion.
- Survey responses (without email): Retained in aggregate/anonymized form indefinitely. Individual responses without an email address are not linked to any identifiable person.
- Survey responses (with email): Retained until the follow-up correspondence is complete, or until you request deletion.
Your Rights

View the personal information we hold about you.
Fix any inaccurate information we have on file.
Request removal of your information at any time.
Withdraw from any future communications.
Email info@beyondone-advisory.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 10 business days.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
